The perfect candidate should have demonstrated and delivered the following skills:
Skills:
- Capable of installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any device/equipment at IT hardware and software level plus The Cabling process whenever needed.
- Comply with the ITIL process for service-oriented management and agreement activities.
- Understanding of Active Directory environment.
- Proven experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, and other common software.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP networks and internet protocols.
- Familiar with multi-operating system troubleshooting (Windows, Linux, ...) and VMWARE
- 2 years of desktop support experience in Helpdesk for both phone and desk side support in a Windows enterprise environment and AV environment.
- Very Good English with a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
- Able to adapt to different working conditions/locations.
- Excellent time management skills, motivated, reliable, and a self-starter.
Additional Qualifications:
- Certified MCSA, CCNA
- Cisco IP Telephony phone administration experience.
- Global Protect VPN troubleshooting experience.
- A+ and N+ or other industry-related certifications
- Meeting rooms AV equipment
- Knowledge of a variety of Service Industry ticketing/work order generating and tracking systems.
