- Definition of cheating:
- On assignments: Verbatim copying from any source, in any form, and presenting it without proper documentation. This also includes material prepared by individuals or institutions, with or without pay.
- On exams: When caught cheating or initiated a situation.
- Penalties:
- On assignments: Deduction of grades from the student's duty according to the established policies. Upon repetition, the student is referred to the Primary Disciplinary Board to apply the procedures followed, which may lead to failure in the course and dismissal from the university for a period of one semester following the semester in which the violation occurred.
- In the exams: it starts from a score of zero in the test subject of cheating and may lead to fail in the course and dismissal from the university for one or two semesters. Repeated cheating more than twice leads to final dismissal from the university.
