Why AOU Egypt ?

1.      Dual degree.  All students receive two fully accredited degrees, one from the Arab Open University and the other from the OU in the UK.

  
  2- Local Accreditation.   All AOU programs are fully accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education in Egypt and all its degrees are equalized to those offered by National Universities by the Supreme Council of Universities
3- Recognition in Arab  Countries.  The Ministers of Higher Education in all seven Countries where AOU is present (Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Saudi Arabia) have agreed that the AOU degree from any branch is to be recognized in all seven countries.

International Recognition. The OU degree from the UK is widely recognized in Europe and many other international countries overseas.

9- Flexible Study System.  At AOU, the student can adapt his schedule to fit his needs as there is no minimum number of hours per semester.   Further, Both Morning and afternoon classes are available.  The University also works on Saturdays. 10-  E-learning. Alternatively, distance learning is available through our e-learning system and our excellent self-learning materials for those who cannot attend in regular hours.
11- World-Class Learning Materials.  AOU has an agreement with the Open University in the UK allowing AOU to use all original learning materials of the OUUK renouned for the very high and legendary quality of the OUUK learning materials (widely known as being second to none). Multimedia is used extensively in the learning materials that students receive. 12- Highly Qualified Instructors.  Most Instructors at the University hold a Ph.D. Degree from an internationally recognized university and despite the reasonable fees of the University, AOU instructors are paid competitively.
