· I am professor and program coordinator at the Faculty of Computer Studies, Arab Open University - Egypt branch since February 2024. I got my B.Sc. and M.Sc. from College of Engineering, Cairo University. I got my Ph.D. in 1996 from the School of Engineering, North Carolina State University, USA. My major specialty was Biological and Agricultural Engineering, and my minor specialty was Artificial Intelligence. I joined the Faculty of Computers and Information Systems, Helwan University as Assistant Professor in 2000. I was promoted to Associates Professor in 2008 and Professor in 2017.

Undergraduate Courses taught are Python Programming, Graduation Project, Machine Learning with Python, Database Management Systems, C++ Programming, Computer Skills, Communication and Presentation Skills, Introduction to Operating Systems, Internet Fundamentals, Internet Application, E-Business Strategies and Applications, Object Oriented Database, Information Retrieval and Search Engine, E-Commerce Technologies, Software Engineering I, Introduction to Information Systems, Application of Information systems and Programming Language2, Java.

Postgraduate Courses taught are E-Commerce, Information System I: “Pervasive Computing”, Information System II: “Digital Library, Data Security, Information Retrieval Systems, Building Web Applications and Multimedia.
