Admission & Registration Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Process student applications and admission requirements  
• Register new and continuing students on the system  
• Verify student documents and maintain accurate records  
• Respond to student inquiries (in person, email, and phone)  
• Coordinate with academic departments regarding schedules and course registration  
• Prepare reports and maintain databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or relevant field preferred)  
• Good command of English (written & spoken)  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)  
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks  
• Previous experience in student affairs or academic administration is a plus
