Complain System Guide for All Departments


  1. Open your SIS.
  2. Click on "Registration".
  3. Click on "Student complaint​​".

  4. Click on "Select" beside the student.

  5. You will find below "add", "status".

  6. Select new status.
  7. Select decision comments.
  8. Click on "Add​".

    Students can see your decision comment and decision notes on his account​
