Basma M. ElBaz, Ph.D.
Dr. Basma completed
her doctoral degree at the University of Mansoura, focusing on accounting and
managerial studies. With a keen interest to contribute to research in quality
management and performance evaluation.
Her academic training and the years of experience working as an accounting
instructor, lecturer and a freelance trainer in Egypt and abroad (GCC) prepared
her to be an effective researcher and instructor in department Accounting. Dr. Basma
is committed to fostering an engaging learning environment and leading
initiatives that align academic rigor with industry needs.
Her doctoral dissertation was conducted under supervision of Professor Ahmed
Hamed Haggag and Professor Makram Bassely. It aimed to develop the SCOR model
for supply chain performance evaluation and achieving cost leadership .
