 How to pay your fees through the bank?

​​​​​​You can pay through the bank using the following methods:

​Notes: 

  1. Amount paid will appear within two hours in the student's balance.
  2. Arab Open ​​University has no other bank accounts for the time being.

    Note: you can pay through any branch, Consider informing ​​telling the bank teller about the Account number which is "​167/199/25" and Account branch which is "El-Shorouk Branch"​

 What is the admission percentage at the university?
​​​​ Minimum of 60%
 I want to make a certificate of registration what should i do?

​​​by calling to the hot-line 19268​, or going to the campus and ask the admission officers to help you.

 Is applying to the university available at the moment?

yes, you can apply online through the website​

 What are the official working hours if I have to go to campus?

​The official working hours are from Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM
