​​The Supreme Council of Universities in Egypt renewed the accreditation of Bachelor's degree in Business Studies that is offered by AOU in Cairo.

Prof. Mohammed Al-Zakari, AOU President, expressed his pride in this achievement coming as a part of AOU strategic goals, and he thanked Prof. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and President of Supreme Council of Universities in Egypt as well as all the Council officials for their trust in AOU's academic programs. He also commended the efforts of Prof. Abd ElHai Ebid, Director of AOU-Egypt, faculty staff and administrators at AOU-Egypt. He extended his congratulation to them as well as all AOU students for this significant academic achievement.

Prof. Al-Zakari added, " since the launch of AOU in 2002, the University has been committed to applying the standards and requirements of accreditation and quality in its programs and degrees.", and pointed out that all AOU achievements and successes have come in parallel with the AOU strategic plans and in accordance with its noble mission as well as the vision of its founder, HRH late prince Talal bin Abdulaziz.
