Rasha Emadeddin holds a Bachelor of Arts and Education from the English Department (General Education), Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University (2003) with a general mention of very good (B), as well as the following diplomas and certificates: In 2008, Rasha attained a Professional Diploma in Curriculum and Teaching Methodology, English Department (General Education), with a general mention of very good (B). In the following year, she obtained the Special Diploma in the same field with a general mention of very good (B) as well. In September 2020, the researcher was awarded a Diploma in the Theory and Methodology of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages with distinction (A) from Notting Hill College. In June of the same year, she earned a diploma in Training of the Trainers, graduating with A+, Distinction with Honours. Additionally, she received a certificate in English Language Teaching – Secondary (CELT-S) from Cambridge Assessment English in October 2022. In May 2025, she distinctively acquired her MA in TEFL from the Arab Open University (GPA 4). Her MA thesis, entitled “Exploring the motivational strategies in the Egyptian EFL tertiary classrooms: perspectives of the teachers and students,” is internationally published in book form. She participated in events related to the program, such as the cohort’s presentation on “labelling and stereotyping of students and teachers in the Egyptian media,” in addition to the program’s first conference, “Exploring New Horizons in ELT,” in October 2023, the ILACE international conference, and the faculty's teacher training events. She works as a lecturer at the Department of Applied Linguistics, Faculty of Language Studies, AOU. She is currently pursuing her PhD.
