Complete University Withdrawal

The below applies for all academic degrees:

You are considered as completely withdrawn from the university, when you apply in person for a “complete university withdrawal".

The below describes the refund policy applied according to the semester of withdrawal:

Complete University Withdrawal in the First or Second semester:

Percentage of refund	Complete withdrawal
85% of the fees of the registered credits	Before the start of the semester
50% of the fees of the registered credits	During the first week of the semester
0% (nothing to refund)	After the first week of the semester (Starting from the day 1 of the second week)

Complete University Withdrawal in the Summer semester:

Complete withdrawal
Percentage of refund
Before the start of the semester
85% of the fees of the registered credits
The first three days of week 1
50% of the fees of the registered credits
Starting from day 4 of the week 1
0% (nothing to refund)
