During the Add and Drop session stated in the university calendar, the student may withdraw or add some courses within the study plan in a manner that does not contradict with the minimum and maximum registration load.
The student may apply for withdrawa
l from the course during the semester, one week before the start of the final examinations according to the university calendar, with respect to the procedures approved for withdrawal.
The student has the right to apply for withdrawal from all courses registered in a semester, and if approved by the university administration the student is considered deferred and treated as "suspended."
Financial procedure with withdrawal of courses:
Withdrawals and additions are dealt financially in accordance to the table below with condition that they do not conflict with the financial plans approved by the Rector:
